About Us

Since 2019, Bright Steps has redefined what ABA services look, sound, and feel like here on Cape Cod.

We’ve dedicated our lives to helping families overcome challenges using the science of behavior analysis, because there’s no greater feeling than celebrating successes with our clients!

Our Values

Our vision as innovative service providers is to branch out from the strictly curriculum-centered services that are often provided to children requiring behavioral support and teaching.

Our goal is to provide truly family-centered support that is tailored to the specific needs of each family and child we work with.

Our hope is to build a supportive community of families who inspire each other on their personal journeys, while striving to reach every child’s highest potential and utmost level of independence and engagement with the world around them.

Allie, a white woman with long brown hair

Allie’s biggest ABA passion is teaching a child to bridge the gap between their world and ours through communicating to have their needs met (what we like to call in professional jargon Manding).

Professional

Allie has her Master’s in Science in ABA. She has been practicing ABA for 7 years, with her certification and licensure for 5 years. But most impressively, she can sing the alphabet backwards while standing on her head and is a budding accordion player.

Personal

Allie is a wash ashore, who found herself brought in on the tides following her sweet hubs to land here on the Cape. She grew up in Connecticut, but Cape Cod stole her heart.

She and her husband can be found out on their boat fishing whenever they can, and are happiest when near the sea.

Lindsay T. Clarke

Co-owner, BCBA

Lindsay, a white woman with long brown hair

Lindsay’s passions in ABA lie in building engagement with the children that are comfortable exclusively in their own world. Successfully helping herself and her staff immerse themselves in a world they can't quite see, in order to help support them connect with the every day world around them, is what inspires her to come to work every day.

Professional

Lindsay has her Master’s in Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a concentration in Differentiated Instruction. She also has her post-Masters certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been practicing ABA for over 12 years, with her certification and licensure for 7 years.

Personal

Lindsay is also a wash ashore, growing up just over the bridge in Marion and following her college sweetheart here to the Cape after graduating from UMass Darmouth.

Lindsay is a mama to three adorable little babes under 4-years-old, all of whom often make appearances on our social media! She also lives the rotating work schedule life of a fire-wife and hustles a side gig as a shameless health & wellness chick.
